MBR is highly efficient process producing highest quality of treated effluent from waste water treatment plant. Treated effluent is good enough to be re used for irrigation, toilet flushing, water features and construction uses. Other advantages of MBRs over conventional processes include small footprint, easy retrofit and upgrade of old wastewater treatment plants.
MBBR technology employs thousands of polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion within an aerated wastewater treatment basin. This technology provides cost-effective treatment with minimal maintenance since MBBR processes self-maintain an optimum level of productive biofilm. Other advantages are compact design, single pass process, expandable and minimal maintenance.
Cyclic Activated Sludge Technology (Advanced SBR) for biological treatment of all industrial and domestic effluent. Available references up to 600,000 m3/day including full biological nutrient removal. Smaller plants are available as container version or in circular GLS tanks.
